Well for starters I have done my research on Mr. Bailey and he is a registered Standardbred out of Albatross! You can google search him and he turns out to be a very well known stallion, sadly he died back in 98. Bailey has also raced on the track and finished with 2wins and 1second place out of 5 starts. Way to go boy!
I also have two new horses for sale that I got back in September. Check them out on the For Sale page.

Well this week looks rainy out, bring a rain coat if you ride.
Haying is all in for this week, we got ours in just in time.
The GMRR trail ride was allot of fun! Everyone had a great time!
Spring is doing really well, she has setled right in. Belle is back to being her old self, being bred for the first time she was a little off in her behavior. Everyone else is doing great!

Chrissy has been doing really well. I have found her a great home, she is now living 3miles up the road from me. She will be nothing but pampered from now on.
Spring is a young 6yr old QH x mare. Check her out on the "The Crew" page.
2 7yr old Haflingers, I will make a "Under Training" page so you can meet them.
The GMRR is holding a trail ride this Saturday. It is...Read Full Post »

Well I am very sorry for not posting updates sooner but things have been busy with haying season in full swing.
Chrissy the little QHx mare that I rescued a couple of weeks ago is making a speedy recovery. She has gained over 100lbs sense I have had her! She comes right up to you in the pasture when you call her name, she is now very perky and alert. I will post some pictures of the "before" and "after" sense I have had her, as soon as I can.
Keep coming back for more,

Rescued a horse on Sunday,
Chrissy is a 22yr 14.3hh chestnut QHx mare. She is very underweight and needs lots of TLC. Very sweet and kind she is but that doesn’t hide that fact she has a long road ahead of her to full recovery. Once she is back to having full weight on, she is going to be a great family horse for anyone to have.

My sweet mare Belle was bred to a reg. black and white Gypsy stallion by the name of Conners Malachi last week. I am very happy with the match between her and Conners Malachi and can not wait till next year when the foal will be born! I will be counting down the days. You can check out Conners Malachi on his own website page at; www.vermontgypsyhorses.com

On May-29 I took Mr. Bailey to his first Gymkhana, he did very well. He walked right in the gate and stood waiting till I told him to go, then after our event was done he walked back out the gate as calm as could be. He won Reserve Champion for the End of Day awards in the Green Horse division.
